Oregon Court of Appeals rules mother who tested positive for marijuana shouldn’t lose kids

Marijuana use in and of itself is not enough to prove you are a bad parent…The Oregon Court of Appeals has ruled that the Oregon cannot remove children from a mother who tests for marijuana without showing her drug use endangers her children.

In a major decision the Oregon Court of Appeals ruled that Cannabis consumers have parental rights that transcend the social bias against it.
